What I though about the supplement:

I have never taken a probiotic for dental health before this one. The tablet is small and chewable, easy to take. It has a great minty taste, not too strong. They are 100% natural with no added sugar, 100% vegetarian. They have a great impact on your morning breath when you first awaken not as bad as it would be if no probiotics had been taken. As far as helping with sinuses and such, I don't normally suffer from those problems so it is hard from me to tell whether they would help in those circumstances. 

I have had no negative experiences with the product and will continue to use for the dental aspects of the product, as I have a few teeth that have become sensitive and the probiotics have seemingly helped to ease the sensitivity.

Ok my 2nd Product is this Amara Organics serum is an awesome duo for me having 2 of my favorite skin care items in one serum. Both are amazing for skin health & for helping to keep skin looking healthy, I am not really looking for a youthful look I want a look of someone healthy inside & out Vitamins C & E are great for doing that with my face, some may call that youthful, I call it healthy.

I tend to get a lot of compliments on the health of my skin & when I am trying a new product I try to pay attention to what others think & so far everyone has noticed my skin looking brighter & has a healthful glow. I have only used this serum about 2 weeks so look forward to continual use & its effects on my skin.

Amara Organics Vitamin C Serum is safe for all skin types and conditions, including dry or irritated skin, acne, and eczema. It will not clog pores and does not contain parabens or alcohol.

Shea Moisture Manuka Honey & Mafura Oil Intensive Hydration line Review

                                                                              

Happy Spring!!!! It's that time of year again where you may or may not need to tweak your hair regimen. If you've been following me on Instagram (@Thenaturalinblue) which i just started so go follow and like. About a month ago, I was on a mission to find either the Shea Moisture Jamaican Black Castor Oil line or the Manuka Honey line. Alas, I went to every CVS in my area and they were always sold out so luckily my local Target had the Manuka Honey line. This line promotes itself as being a dry hair recipe and typically in the cooler months, preventing dry hair and its  importance to naturals. 

The three advertised ingredients are specifically for preventing moisture loss and hydrating the hair. As stated by the brand: Manuka Honey has anti-inflammatory properties to sooth the scalp and helps create moisturizing barrier; Mafura Oil has high levels of beneficial oleic acid to help replenish oils stripped from the hair; and African Rock Fig contains antioxidant vitamin C which helps to keep the hair looking vibrant. Now that sounds like the perfect recipe for a cold weather product line! I have used the entire line and I must say I was impressed with some of the line. Here's my review and results of how it worked for me.

                                                   Intensive Hydration Shampoo

                                        

 

This shampoo cleanses while infusing hair with intense moisture and shine enhancing nutrients.This is the only product of the line that doesn't contain all of the advertised ingredients. Honey is not listed as an ingredient which is odd since this is the Manuka Honey line. ok ''kanye Shrugs''  this shampoo is sulfate free but lathers a lot. I used very little of the shampoo because there was so much lather which I don't mind. If the shampoo doesn't lather I get worried .This shampoo has great slip and I was able to run my fingers through it. Once I rinsed it out my curls was lovinngg it lol . I agree with the claim of it infusing the hair with intense moisture. I definitely recommend this shampoo and would re-purchase it if I ever finish it lol. A little goes a long way. 

Intensive Hydration Conditioner

This rinse out conditioner instantly softens and detangles while infusing hair with intense moisture and shine enhancing ingredients. The conditioner did not soften my hair nor did it have any slip to aid in detangling! My hair sucked it up, I was unable to detangle so I attempted to use a wide tooth comb which I had to give up on and how my hair just soaked it all in. I also tried to use this product as a leave in styler but my hair didn't dry and it there wasn't enough hold. I can't recommend this product for anyone with kinky, high porosity, thick hair. I won't be repurchasing this product. 
  
                                                      Intensive Hydration Hair Masque
                                                                              

This intensely deep conditioning hair masque infuses hair with a powerful dose of moisture and nutrients. Can we just pause for how AMAZING this hair masque is!!! Lets fast forward to will I repurchase it... YES! Do I recommend it... YES! The consistency is like any other Shea Moisture hair masque but this one has amazing slip and penetrates the hair shaft. I was able to finger detangle, my hair was soft and moisturized, and my hair had a great shine too it as seen in the pictures. My hair felt transformed like butter! If you've used the honey hair masque and you liked those results, you'll receive the same if not better results with this hair masque. The honey in this product has a strong presence and my hair loved it. It really softened my hair making it more manageable and easier to style. I can already say this will make my favorites list for 2015!!! Nothing more to say but let the results speak for themselves.  

Hopefully I will be able to check out  the new Shea Moisture lines  I will use the shampoo but I have others that are my favorite so it will have to fit in where it can lol.

I have been looking for a product that is natural, alcohol free, paraben free, so I am eager to try this out.

You just need a few drops of this serum, which is a thicker serum in the color of an orange creamsicle, which is due to the Organic Sea Buckthorn Oil,  and it smells like freshly squeezed orange juice – already I am  loving the scent!  The scent is natural from the ingredients as there is no added perfume to this product.   

 So as Natural hair/beauty/fashion blogger who will do anything to get the scoop on a product, of course I continued to use it and suffer through the short term breakouts right?

Nope.

Sorry guys...I just couldn't do it! It's taken me literally my entire 26 years on Earth (I'm sure I was probably fighting acne as an infant) to finally get rid of the huge amount of acne . While I'm always down to try and review a product to the best of my ability, I really don't want to go back down a road of constant breakouts just to see if this particular product does what it says.

What I will say, is in the 4 days of using this product before the breakouts, I genuinely saw a positive difference in my skin. It looked visibly brighter and more even-toned, similar to what my "brightening" serums from Korea will do. I think that if your skin really loves Vitamin C, or even if you've never tried a Vit. C serum, this is the one to try. The scent, the quick results I received and the decent price (only $30!) make this one a winner in my book. I just wish my skin would stop hating on Vitamin C so I could really see how well this stuff worked out long term!

Product Review: Topshop Lip Bullet in 'Wine Gum"

                                              

This is very new to my collection so I don't have a great deal to say about it yet. It's a really flattering colour that, while being dark, doesn't totally overwhelm the face. The finish has a bit of a shine to it and it's very creamy to apply so it's a great option for people with dry lips who don't tend to opt for mattes. The shape makes it easy to apply since it has an angle to it, although I don't know how long it will stay that way. It's also a twist up so you don't need to worry about having a large enough sharpener. it definitely looked matte, but the Topshop website claims it to have a satiny finish, and it does, which I love! It is so moisturising, and lasts ages (around 6 hours)! I really hate when lipstick dries on my lips and this doesn't at all. The only negative to this lip product is as it's so pigmented the lipstick goes all over the cap and looks all messy :( but  I want to purchase more

I've heard so many great things about this face wash and I've always loved Biore products. When I initially pumped out this facial wash, the consistency was very jelly like. It didn't feel like a typical face wash. I really like the scent of the Charcoal Facial Cleanser. It is very light.  

While washing your face, there is a refreshing tingling sensation. It feels like the product is actually deep cleaning your pores. I have not used this product to remove makeup as I only wanted this product for deep cleaning. I felt that my skin was cleaned thoroughly and noticed a significant difference in my skin.  The cleanser is very moisturizing and does not leave a tight feeling. I absolutely love products where I can feel that it is working and the charcoal cleanser does it!

                                                             

I purchased this product for $6.49 from Walgreens.  I am sure you can find coupons for it cause it it to just much but Biore products never fail to amaze me. I am still on the hunt for the Biore Charcoal Self Heating Mask, but I can’t seem to find it but once I get my hands on it, I will be sure to post a review.

Otherwise, I am pleased to say I am loving the Charcoal cleanser and I have recently incorporated in to my skin care routine (update coming soon). Definitely check out Biore and the rest of their Don’t Be Dirty line.

The Perfect Sports Bra

Well Today must be Happy Day I Finally Receive My VS VOXBOX By Influenster (Round of Applauds ) My Newest Bra ......By Victoria Secret  Sport aka #VSSportTester  and what can i say bout this bra as soon as i got it i tried it on and boy its better then others with support and underwire.   Not only is this bra beautiful but it is super comfy!!!  and of course, a bra that didn't give me the ''peek a boo boob" still kind of expensive at 49.00 but it is still worth it later on today i also used the %25 coupon the sent me with the voxbox to buy a new gym outfit

St. Ives Fresh Hydration Lotions

I feel that the warm weather is about 2 months delayed in my area.

 Until just a few weeks ago I was still slathering on different  moisturizers and the humidification was still turned up on our heater. This week I'm finally making some warmer weather beauty adjustments and shopping for a new sundresses

Here is a quick peek at a few of the changes I'm making this year!

 Lighter Body Wash and Lotions
Once warmer weather hits, my winter products are just too much. They're too heavy, too greasy, take too long to absorb into my skin, you get the picture. Just too much everything. I swap out my body wash and my body cream for lighter versions. Rather than reaching for a typical lotion, this year I'm using the St. Ives Fresh Hydration Lotions. They're still moisturizing, but feel much lighter on my skin and application is super fast! I can spray them up and down my legs, rub the lotion in for about 30 seconds and I'm ready to go! The lotion absorbs almost immediately and I don't feel greasy at all. 

Sandal Feet Ready

I like a nice pedicure as much as the next girl, but I admit that since my feet rarely see the light of day during the cold Illinois winters, I am a bit lazy on the pedicure upkeep. About a month before the warm weather comes I start to finally pay attention to my feet, pumicing in the shower, using my cuticle remover and picking out a fun, bright polish or Going to get a cute pedi with my daughter.

Wet n Wild MEGA ROCKS Glitter Nail Colors

So as i'm really hating Chicago weather right now. i had to do tell some of you ( i know some of you guys know about this already ) but if you do not .......

Wet n Wild Has the most prettiest Glitter Nail Color and yes im just started loving Glitter again While in CVS i Had to Check these Colors Out. I was about to pass on all of the polishes when I saw Gettin’ Amped and immediately freaked out slightly because OMG BLACK GLITTER!!! I get really excited about black glitter. Like….really excited.

Here are the new shades of Wet n Wild Mega Rocks Glitter Nail Color. They are now available at your local drugstores for $2.99. These are permanent for Spring 2014 

The Only thing i do not like is Slightly issues with application, I found as it was drying the glitter would start to slide off my nails.  And I hadn’t put huge thick coats on.  So that was a bit annoying as I kept dripping glitter onto my carpet….. the glitter Vs clear polish level isn’t great, so maybe a series of thin coats with a few bits of glitter to build it up.

Anyway, once it dried it was fine
